These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TapTrade Sync (https://taptradesync.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to trade with your connected broker. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Your account

• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information.

Broker connection

Linking a brokerage account authorizes TapTrade Sync to transmit orders you explicitly request. We store credentials encrypted. Your relationship with your broker is separate; their terms apply to execution, margin, and custody of funds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or market manipulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Impersonate others or publish fraudulent signals if you are a provider.
• Circumvent risk limits, kill switches, or access controls.

Signal providers

Providers are independent publishers. TapTrade Sync may remove providers who violate policies but does not endorse any trading strategy or guarantee subscriber outcomes.

Fees

Subscription or platform fees, if any, will be disclosed before purchase. Broker spreads, commissions, and swaps are charged by your broker, not TapTrade Sync.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapTrade Sync and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service — including losses from signals, broker outages, or sizing estimates. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TapTrade Sync from claims arising from your trading activity, your content (if a provider), or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.
